Racing exhausts are designed for track use: they feature a removable dB killer, deliver a more aggressive sound and offer greater performance gains. However, they are not approved for road use.

The Racing Full kit for the Yamaha XSR 900 GP, designed by Officine Italiane Zard, is entirely handmade in Italy. 

This complete racing exhaust kit consists of open headers in AISI 304 stainless steel and a stainless steel silencer with a black finish. 

It stands out for its significant power increase of +6 HP over the OEM exhaust, the extreme lightness, -2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) compared to the stock system, and a deep racing sound characteristic of Zard exhausts. 

The Zard exhaust kit is compatible with E5 models with 1 lambda sensor and E5+ versions, and it can be installed with the bike's fairing and passenger footrests. 

Its design, reminiscent of the 2-stroke style, is engineered to ensure maximum performance and a clean, aggressive racing style that celebrates Yamaha's glorious racing heritage. 

The UpMap T800+ control unit for Yamaha® XSR 900 GP, developed in collaboration between Zard and UpMap, allows for optimizing the motorcycle’s performance in E5+ configuration. 

Thanks to ECU remapping, UpMap ensures smooth operation.

The UpMap Suite, consisting of the T800+ device, the diagnostic cable, and the UpMap application to access optimized mappings for Yamaha® XSR 900 GP, enhances performance and riding experience. 

The motorcycle’s ECU can be easily accessed safely: the T800+ device connects via the diagnostic cable and allows you to upload maps developed and tested by UpMap experts.
