Ordering & Payments
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 40 countries worldwide from our warehouse in Netanya, Israel. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What currencies do you accept?
All prices are displayed and charged in USD. Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency — please check with them before ordering.
How do I know if a part fits my motorcycle?
All products in our store include fitment information in the title and product description, specifying the compatible make, model, and year range. If you're unsure whether a part is compatible with your specific configuration, email us at sales@euromotards.com with your full bike details and the product you're considering.
Can I order by OEM part number or reference?
Many of our listings include OEM cross-reference numbers. Use the search bar on the site to search by part number. If you can't find what you need, contact us and we'll check our inventory directly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times by destination:
- Europe (EU): 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the carrier's website or at 17track.net.
Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT?
Depending on your country, customs duties and/or import VAT may be charged when your parcel arrives. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. See our Taxes & Import Duties page for guidance on common destination countries.
Products & Compatibility
Are your exhausts road-legal?
It depends on the specific system. Our listings clearly indicate whether a system is homologated for road use (with EC approval certificate) or is for track/race use only. Please check the product description carefully before ordering. Road-legal status varies by country — an EC-approved system is road legal in the EU but may have different status in other jurisdictions.
Do your products come with fitting instructions?
Most exhaust systems and crash protection parts are direct bolt-on replacements and come with basic fitting guidance. If in doubt, we recommend professional installation.
What brands do you stock?
Our primary brands include GPR, Exan, MassMoto, Silmotor (exhaust); CNC Racing, RD Moto, Ducabike (crash protection); Top Sellerie (seating); and various others across suspension, electronics, and other accessories.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us at sales@euromotards.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. In cases of confirmed lost parcels, we will reship or refund the order.
