Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. You have full two months to change your mind, no questions asked. 

As long as:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: 

  • Custom-made saddles (custom-ordered seats).
  • Custom-made saddle cover (custom-ordered seat covers).
  • Made per order items.
  • Specifically tuned parts (suspension, dampers, etc.).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you will be first provided with a return authorization code (RAC) and return instructions.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once confirmed and processed, the refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item not in its original packaging.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We can offer prepaid return labels only in a limited list of countries.  If you chose to use our prepaid return label and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any customs clearance charges and/or duties/taxes that might have been paid by you upon acceptance of the goods are not refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Important return instructions:

  1. When returning an item or an order, always make sure to clearly mark the package and shipping label as “RETURNED ORDER-NO VALUE”.
  2. Make sure that the customs duty responsibility is marked to your side, and that if there are any export/import duties they are prepaid by your side.
  3. If you do not carefully follow the above, your return may face a delay due to customs clearance and incur additional charges. These charges, if any, will be reduced from the refund amount.
