Returns & the right to withdraw
We want you to be confident in every part you buy. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, resalable condition with their original packaging.
EU customers also have a statutory right of withdrawal: you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.
How to start a return or cancellation
- Log in to your account and open the order.
- Select the item(s) and choose Request return / cancellation.
- Confirm your details — we’ll email you a confirmation.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
What can’t be returned
Custom-made or personalised items (for example, made-to-order seats) and any item marked final sale are excluded from the standard return and the EU right of withdrawal, as permitted by law. Items must be unfitted, unmarked and complete.
Manufacturer warranty
Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length and terms vary by brand. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover crash damage, normal wear, competition/racing use, or damage caused by improper installation.
Making a warranty claim
Email sales@euromotards.com with your order number, the part, and photos describing the issue. We’ll guide you through the manufacturer’s process.
