Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via Express couriers — insured and tracked online. All orders are dispatched from our base in Netanya, Israel.

Processing & production times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Some items require 3–5 days for production.
• Made-to-order items (seats, seat covers, etc.) may require 2–4 weeks to produce.

We'll contact you if production time affects your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. You'll always see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import duties

Any import duties or customs clearance costs that may occur are the customer's responsibility. They are not paid in advance and are not included in the price.
